Family Tour Plan

Day 1: Welcome to Assalam! You can check in in your room and campus. Afterwards we will have a tour in campus and village. If you want you can enjoy the ocean, later on let’s meet and dinner and ice-breaking night.

Day 2: Rise and shine! Are you ready for morning exercise?. After breakfast let’s pack our bags to explore Stonetown, where all religions meet. We will be back in dinner to campus. You can enjoy tea night!

Day 3: We are starting our day with morning exercise. Here Assalam welcomes you to volunteering world. Today we will help the Training Center, Permaculture Garden. Volunteering is the door of kindness. I know, you are waiting for that day; let’s play volleyball people!

Day 4: Good morning! If you are done with your breakfast let’s pack our bags and let’s go to East Coast Tour. This is the place where you can feel fresh air in your face, watch kitesurfers and enjoy the nice cafes.

Day 5: New day, new adventures. After breakfast let’s get ready for prison island tour where you will find a historical prison and giant turtles. You will learn more about slavery and Zanzibar history.

Day 6: Morning exercise is healing our body, after breakfast let’s meet at common area to explore marine life of Zanzibar. We will travel to sandbank. Swim with fishes, eat delicious fruit on sankbank… When you are back in campus, let’s meet at dinner and let’s go to play volleyball.

Day 7: Sadly it is our last day here, but Assalam’s door will be always open for you. Today we will enjoy the campus, make fruit shopping in village. We will go to Dimbani to see cave and big turtles. Let’s meet at dinner for closing ceremony.
