1. Non-Refundable Deposit
To secure a booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit covers administrative costs and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Cancellations by the Client
- Cancellations 15 Days or More Before the Event: Refund of 75% of the total cost (excluding the non-refundable 25% deposit).
- Cancellations 8 to 14 Days Before the Event: Refund of 50% of the total cost.
- Cancellations 7 Days or Less Before the Event: No refund will be issued.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the scheduled service or event without prior notification, the entire amount paid will be forfeited.
4. Modifications and Rescheduling
- Requests 15 Days or More in Advance: You can reschedule at no additional cost, but the 25% deposit remains non-refundable.
- Requests Less Than 14 Days in Advance: A rescheduling fee of 10% may apply, depending on availability and resources.
5. Cancellations by Assalam Community Foundation
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, you will receive:
- A full refund, including the non-refundable deposit, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional charge.
6. Disputes and Refund Requests
If you believe your cancellation or refund was not handled fairly, you can submit a formal written request for review. Our team will respond within five business days.
